Every year the World Networks host a Red carpet star studded gala to raise awareness and funds for one lucky non-profit organization. Lousine Karibian, founder of the World Networks says, “This is just the beginning and it is our way of giving to the community in honor of our members who have decided to join our exclusive worldwide professional-business network.”

 Our eyes were shifted to a vast group of photographers, newscasters and journalists, snapping away their cameras and scribbling interviews in their notepads.  Celebrities, Leaders and guests were sparkling under the camera lights as they occupy the red carpet.

It is Thursday night in Calabasas Country Club, while the world networks kicks off the debut for The World Orphanage Foundation founded by philanthropist Sara Kazimi. Numerous months of preparation and planning have brought together an event that is going to be a night to remember.

The night was hosted by celebrity fashion stylist and magazine editor Lisa M. Berman who greeted celebrities included Patrick Kilpatrick, Massi Furlan, Anna Victoria and Patricio Doren. Just to mention a few while community leaders such as Lucy martin, council member, City of Calabasas grants a proclamation to founder of World Orphanage Foundation for their effort. The evening consisted of a six-course gourmet dinner, live entertainment, a live auction, and many other celebrations. The fashion exhibit by celebrity designer Simin Couture of Beverly Hills and Leo Bella was a hit as models showcased their latest designs. Entertainers such as Radha Mehta, Carrington Durham, Alen the Violinist, and International singer Eduardo Diamante put on a beautiful musical performance.

Amazing volunteers, supporters and sponsors such as Yervan Magazine, Dama Tequila, High Class DJ, generously opened their schedule for the charity gala. Bloom Couture who provided the beautiful floral arrangements and House of pastry for their delicious custom made cake that brought the child in all of us.

The World orphanage Foundation, 501(C) (3), builds public awareness and raises funds for select orphanages and other institutions that are devoted to child welfare and the plight of children worldwide.  This humanitarian effort gives children around the nation the ability to dream again, where kids can have a new beginning far from violence, hunger, and abuse. It is the epitome of what Sara Kazimi hopes to see come to pass in children universally.
