Landmark 22nd Family Film Awards Turns a Historic Page as we Return to National Television

Amid a buzzing flurry of thankyous and congratulatory phone calls Dr. Olympia A. Gellini and Roger Neal who are executive producers for the event have announced that the Family Film Awards will return to national television next year.
“The World Film Institute held a completely phenomenal and awesome Family Film Awards event this year. Dr. Olympia Awards Gellini, Founder and President of World Film Institute & Executive Producer of The Family Film Awards with executive producer Roger Neal announced that the annual Family Film Awards will be returning to national television next year. “Get ready for two upcoming awards shows. The Family Film Awards …Live on network television. (and) Olympia Awards Seven Arts of the World. For the first time in history four (4) great networks together will bring these most important of awards celebrations to the people. Seven Arts of the World 1.Dancing 2. Music 3.Painting 4.Sculpture 5.Literature 6. Theater 7. Cinema.” This year’s events, The 22nd Family Film Awards, took place at the Hilton Hotel Ballroom, Universal City on September 27TH, 2018.

Some Highlights of the Event:
Margaret O’Brien from the classic golden age of Hollywood film receives the Lifetime Achievement Award for Film – an historical award which was not even thought of at the time Margaret first won her Emmy at 6 years old for her role as “Tootee” in “Meet Me in St. Louis” (staring alongside Judy Garland).
Michael Learned Emmy Award winning Star of “The Walton’s” was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award for Television which was presented by her “television family” members.James Zuley father of Social Media and Marketing Guru Eric Zuley , was honored with receiving the Parents Award and executive producer for The Family Film Awards Roger Neal (and Family) were awarded the Olympia A. Gellini Founder Award for their 35 years outstanding dedicationand service within public relations media, television and other productions within the news and entertainment industries.
Many Celebrities were there including the 13 Grammy Winner/Nominated Pointer Sisters Bonnie and Anita. Live performances abounded by MC Stephen Kramer Glickman (The Night Time Show Podcast), Rebecca Holden, R&B Pop Artist Roger Neal Jr., America’s Pianist Alex Zsolt, The Pointer Sisters, etc.
Some stars were there to receive their award such as Grace McKenna (star of the movie GIFTED) and Will Kemp (star of Hallmark Channels film Royal Matchmaker). Stars also appeared as presenters of awards. Some stars who graced the party are listed here. From the Emmy winning series The Bay – The Series, Katherine Kelly Lang ( The Bold and the Beautiful) , Lee Purcell, Daytime Emmy Winner Kira Reed Lorsch, star of DANGER ONE James Jurdi, actress Katherine Pacino, the voice of Roger Rabbit Charles Fleischer, Sheree J Wilson Dallas, Walker Texas Ranger), Cory Oliver (God’s Not Dead) Ruta Lee, Lydia Cornell( Too Close for Comfort) , Charlene Tilton,( Dallas) Rebecca Holden(Knight Ridder), Ruta Lee, Tracy Bregman Young & The Restless) , Jeremy Miller( Growing Pains) Dawn Wells ( Gilligan’s Island) among others. etc.
The historic party was a sold out huge success.
